R. Seth Crompton received his J.D. in 2005 from Saint Louis University. Prior to attending Saint Louis University, Seth graduated with a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois, where he was placed on the Dean's List and a member of the National Society of College Scholars.

Seth is admitted in Missouri and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Prior to coming to work at Rabbitt, Pitzer, & Snodgrass, Seth defended workers' compensation claims. He also clerked at a plaintiffs firm in the Metropolitan East area and interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Illinois and St. Louis City Prosecutor's Office.

Seth defends various types of cases, primarily including products liability, trucking accidents, toxic tort, and premises liability, as well as a smaller sample of cases involving construction, finance, and contractual law. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing, mixed martial arts, and travel, and is currently the President of the St. Louis Illini Club.
