Josh Breithaupt is a 2004 graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was a member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. While at Saint Louis University, Josh was awarded a Dean's Academic Scholarship, and an Academic Excellence Award in Legal Research and Writing.

Josh received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1998, where he was also awarded an academic scholarship. Prior to joining Rabbitt, Pitzer & Snodgrass, P.C., he worked for another St. Louis law firm where he specialized in first and third party insurance defense litigation. Josh was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2004, and the Illinois Bar in 2006. He has also been licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri since 2004.
