Dean C. Nichols received his J.D. from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law in 1999. Prior to law school, Dean completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a B.A. in Communications, graduating cum laude in 1996.

Dean was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1999, the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000, and the Illinois Bar in 2004. He is also admitted to the Eastern District of Missouri, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Southern District of Illinois United States District Courts.

Prior to joining Rabbitt, Pitzer, & Snodgrass, P.C., Dean was an associate at Swartz Campbell, LLC in Philadelphia, PA, practicing in medical malpractice, product liability, and general defense litigation. He is a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.

Dean participated in the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers Trial Academy in 2005 and the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford in 2007. He has successfully represented clients of Rabbitt, Pitzer & Snodgrass, P.C. as lead counsel in several jury trials to verdict in Missouri and Illinois.
