Daniel T. Rabbitt received a B.S. in Commerce from Saint Louis University and a J.D. from Saint Louis University, graduating Cum Laude. He is a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.

Dan is a member of The Missouri Bar and he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the Personal Injury Defense category; and he is listed as one of the top 50 lawyers in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal and by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers.
